Gallery 1988 is a pop-culture inspired art gallery in Los Angeles, CA with rotating exhibits every month. I was invited to participate in Gallery 1988’s “30 Years Later” - a group show paying homage to pop cult classics released in 1988.
I chose the film, Roger Rabbit for my theme, focusing on the looney land of Toon Town. The illustration, inspired by classic travel posters, was digitally rendered in Adobe Photoshop using the Microsoft Surface Pro. An edition of 5 giclee prints were produced in a finished size of 8.5'“x11”.
