The Project
Black Optical is an eyewear retailer with a passion for design, style and quality, backed by outstanding customer service. Darshan Phillips produced and directed this spot to highlight the benefits of what Black Optical has to offer. I worked with Darshan to bring the subtle illustrations and icons to life through motion.
The Approach
The minimalist art direction works in tandem with the simplistic, uncluttered and modern marketing approach. The clean illustrated icons were animated to enhance the message and provide an additional level of detail and care - in the same way that Black Optical handles eyewear.
